Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Our nationwide preventative maintenance programme is designed to help you avoid breakdowns and refuelling disruptions by identifying small problems before they become big enough to cause down-time on your site. The maintenance contract gives you:

A twice yearly, fixed labour-charge, service visit to check over 120 separate items on every pump and tank installation for signs of wear or leakage. Includes pump measure check, fuel test for water content, cleaning of all pump, nozzle and line filters.

We also include checks to the latest DEFRA Oil Storage Regulations, to give advice on compliance.

A full report is compiled whilst on site and any observations detailed for the site advice.

Additonal Benefits

Attendance within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), of breakdown calls, but more typically, the same day, Nationwide.

No additional work carried out or materials fitted without customer authorisation.

Free pump calibration certificates upon request.

Preferential rates for emergency breakdowns.

Weekend emergency call-out entitlement.

No prepayment VAT invoice raised on completion of work
